Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and by actual human members of the “FGV Dairy Farm Sdn. Bhd.” team.
All orders are processed by our Customer Care team for the following items:
- There will be no refunds for cancelled, damaged or returned orders
Replacement of the same item will be made to customers on some other dates within 7 business days under normal circumstances.
Refund to original mode of payment
If you would like to request for a replacement of cancelled, damaged, please send a written request to [email protected]. The transaction will be made via online payment.
Please provide the following for your request to be processed:
Customer contact number
Customer order number
Copy of delivery order
All such requests are processed manually and will take up to 7 business days to complete.
